Terms of Service
Effective July 3, 2026.
The service
AthleteScoutIQ provides game-analysis software for athletic programs: you upload game files, and we generate statistics, reports, and analysis for your program's use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the reports generated for your program. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service and to improve it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to upload the content you provide.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access another program's data, probe or disrupt the service, resell access, or use the service in violation of applicable law or your institution's rules.
Billing
Subscriptions are priced per team, per season, as agreed at purchase. We accept purchase orders, checks, and ACH.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Analysis is decision support, not a guarantee of outcomes — games are still won on the floor. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
